• Avoid speaking during arrest or after!

The police may try to record your statement at the time of arrest or when you are in the jail before being presented in front of the magistrate. It will help in keeping off with the trouble as much as possible.

• Do not sign on any document without lawyer!

This is also very essential and needs to be considered. Do not sign on any statement or document without being present with your lawyer or without reading it well. You can also ask the police to explain if they require you to sign something and you are unable to understand it.
