FKSR is Disappointed with his Switch to compete at Olympic Paris

The FKSR expressed its disappointment at the departure of Tuganov and acknowledged his decision. The FKSR stated, While the departure of each national team athlete is a significant loss for the country. And we understand and respect the choices made by individuals in the current circumstances.
