Introduction:

Communication is an important aspect in any industry. You would require maintaining some degree of communication to succeed in any endeavor. We are not referring to the usual communication that one carries every day. Of course, this is also an important part of life. There would be no doubt about this fact. However, we are referring to the communication that people have in official capacities, like say between the pilots and the ground controllers or the one between the police control room and the police officer on the road. It could be for statistical purposes as well. It could have use for research purposes.
