① Long-term metal fatigue.
The shaft is a metal material, which will be subjected to a large torque for a long time during use. The internal material of the shaft will gradually produce gaps, and the unbroken part will gradually yield and eventually break under the action of the torque.


② The tension of the V-belt is too large.
If the tension is too large, it will inevitably lead to a significant increase in the stress of the shaft during the working process, and even exceed the maximum strength of the shaft, which directly leads to the brittle failure of the shaft. Even if no brittle failure occurs, the internal force of the shaft will increase significantly. Fatigue failure of the shaft occurred early.


③ The shaft material is poor.

Causes of transmission failure

The more common transmission faults include wear of the flexibledisc coupling, cut off the connecting screw of the protective cylinder, cracking of the protective cylinder, damage to the bearing of the belt pulley, and tear of the petal-shaped belt.

According to experience, an important cause of transmission failure is the unreasonable control of the radial and lateral spacing. If the spacing is too small, it is easy to cause wear and tear between the peripheral chamber and related components, and ultimately lead to transmission failure.


Repair measures for transmission failure

① Perform preventive inspections on the transmission part on a regular basis. Reasons for high bearing temperature

There are two main reasons for the excessively high bearing temperature:


① Working hours are too long.


Long-term work will inevitably generate a certain amount of heat, which will promote the volatilization of lubricating oil, and the volatilization of lubricating oil will further increase the friction and increase the temperature.


② There is insufficient lubricating oil.

Countermeasures for excessive bearing temperature


① Reasonably arrange the operating time of the equipment, improve the operating efficiency of the equipment, avoid the equipment from working continuously for a long time, and turn off the equipment in time when it is not needed.


② Regularly inspect the bearings and add lubricating oil to avoid excessive temperature caused by insufficient lubricating oil.

The screen surface ages faster

The main factors affecting the aging of the screen surface are the structure, material and tension of the screen surface.
① At this stage, most of the vibrating screen surfaces used in circular vibrating screens are polyurethane screen surfaces, that is, a layer of polyurethane is covered on the screen surface. The anti-aging performance of polyurethane itself is not very high, which will cause the aging speed of the screen surface. accelerate.
