To some, remaining in management indicates being able to enjoy a position of authority over others. To others, it's mark of status or even a method to avoid responsibility. Some take pleasure in management as a way of enablement to reveal themselves in a ministerial or trade sense. Still others see leadership as a method to help others. And maybe some see leadership as all of these.

Yellow management. The all too common smiley emoticon that initially came out in 1963 is colored yellow. The vibrancy of yellow reminds us of happiness and delight. Yellow is often matched with other colors, especially dark colors. It offers dark colors a lift when integrated. Electricity is colored yellow, and it is the stimulate that brings to life action. The yellow leader is a dynamic, dynamic leader, and his/her personality influences the moods of people in the office. Yellow leaders influence joy and ignite others to action.

Management is a mindset and a state of mind. It is not the accomplishment of a series of jobs. It is not a passing grade at some course. It is not a title. It is not something you learn more accomplish. It is a method you exist. It is how you bring yourself. It is how you choose to walk the Earth.

Cultivating expectation of leadership. You need to be playing from the top. It is not about if I had this or if I had that then everything will work. It does not work this method. You have to do what it takes. You need to discover a way and not make or discover excuses. Are you really committed!

For the sake of this document, we will utilize the term "leader" to indicate the core group of people that will enter into your SECRET Leadership group, or the Master Mind group you will lead. (In Jesus' model - the disciple's group.) There will always be a growing group of leaders beyond this "inner circle" - like the group of 120. We will focus on developing the SECRET Leadership group in this file.

Lots of individuals believe that they can not lead unless they have a position or title in their organization. How typically do you think that if you had this title or that position, you could do a lot more? How often do you think that your company's issues have absolutely nothing to do with you and it is your supervisor's job to deal with those issues? This is not the method that authentic leaders think.

From the viewpoint of any ability, there are governing concepts and contextual rules that make it possible for one to establish proficiency and proficiency in an offered area. Can you picture trying to effectively lead thousands or perhaps 5 individuals through accepting nominalisations as guides?

A brand-new design of management is apparent with each new Governmental administration. By studying various styles of management you increase your management efficiency in addition to your impact and success as a leader.
