The Use of the Flip Machine

The turning device is suitable for the H steel welding production line, workpiece turnover process. It is an important piece of equipment to form the welding assembly line of H steel, and it is also a needed device to enhance the automation degree of the assembly line. It can also be used in the turning procedure of H steel or box beam outside the assembly line.

Transmission Principle and Structure Characteristics of Flip Machine

1. Transmission principle

The flip maker includes two maker bases and four columns, each of which is driven straight by a reducer. The upper pulley is the position that changes the motion direction of the chain and the chain extends and retracts; the lower 2 guide wheels are utilized to increase the angle of the chain on the sprocket so that the gear can move power to the chain more effectively; the lower one is a slide wheel, which is utilized to alter the position of the equivalent weight block on the chain. The upper part of the column is supplied with a swing arm and its weight hammer gadget. Its main function: when the workpiece requires to be turned over, the swingarm is put at an angle, when the swing arm is not required to be turned over, the swingarm is raised, the chain is opened, and the workpiece is easy to be carried backward and forward. Four different systems form a whole, made up of various combinations of the rotation instructions of each active sprocket, that make the workpiece rise, fall, flip and reset the chain.

2. Structure of devices

Two underframes, 4 columns, 4 swing arms, four cycloidal equipment reducer, and its transmission gadget, weight drove, electrical system, etc.

Description of the use of the flip device

When the workpiece is not hoisted, the swingarm is raised because of the function of the heavy hammer, and the two chains are far away from the center of the workpiece; when the workpiece is hoisted, the swing arm is placed down at an angle because of the different area and weight of the workpiece. There are 4 states of action ：.

1. the workpiece rises, both ends of the chain are required to rise at the same time.
2. the workpiece is turned, one end of the chain is required to rise and one end to fall.
3. the workpiece drops, the two ends of the chain are required to drop concurrently.
4. the workpiece is reset, the chain action is needed to be opposite to 2.

Visual chain marking remains in the middle position, reset is complete.

Note: Apply yellow paint to the middle of each chain and red paint to mark 2 M from the middle for visual evaluation.

When a gear is required to rotate, the chain position can be adjusted by opening and stopping alone or turning a gear forward and backward.

In order to avoid forgetting the mark in the middle of the visual chain and causing the maker to break in between the sprockets, a stroke switch is established on the column. When the equal weight block touches the stroke switch, the main motor cuts off the power supply to make sure security. When the equal weight block touches the stroke switch, the cable insulation and connection condition can be paid more attention to. If the damage and joint loosening are discovered, it should be insulated and tightened up in order to avoid short circuit or electrical shock.
