You may heard about different crimes being committed every day every where. Today we cannot talk about having a city without any crime. Laws are made for such crime to punish the offender. Even one breaks some traffic rule it is considered to be crime. To prohibit the laws and un-follow the rules and regulation is considered to be crime. If some harm occurs to someone due to abide of rules and regulation it will considered as criminal offense. Different places has various different rules and different types of court cases to judge the case. Anyone can file the case if they know that its an offense. Court is a place where both party advocates/lawyer presents the facts and figures related to court and accordingly they provide the results.

If we talk about the court different types of court cases like criminal court cases, civil court cases, etc. These court cases involve dispute between two or more people, agencies or organizations. The plaintiff files a complaint in the court and provides evidence how the accused has harmed the person and request the court for compensation. To win the case in court the most important point is to get more than 50% approved evidence which are accepted by court and after that the accused need to provide the amount compensated or punishment by court.

A person which represent your court in the case id the lawyer which provides the evidence and carry forward the case as per the judicial laws. If you were walking or crossing the road and some one hits you by vehicle.. Just note down the number and file the case against the person.. You will get the compensation for the medical injury by the offender. Now you can find the court online, where you can file the case and team of members will decide the result. Its just like court case lookup where two parties present the evidence and witness for the case and based on facts the jury takes the decision.
