  • Navigate to path C: Program Data Intuit Entitlement Client. 

  • Provide a new name to the Entitlement file.

  • In Windows Explorer, run the path C:\ProgramData\Intuit\Entitlement Client\v8.

  • Close the Window and run QuickBooks again and re-register the items. 

Step 4: Download and Install QuickBooks Tool Hub 

  • Firstly, Download the QuickBooks Tool Hub and install it.   

  • After installing, open the tool hub. 

  • Now, you are required to fix QuickBooks Error Code 3371 by choosing the Installation Issues. 

  • Tap on the OK button and open the QuickBooks Desktop and the data file. 

Step 5: Clean install QuickBooks Desktop
