When asked to speak about gifts, ministry gifts, spiritual gifts, and Management, I find there is no much better source book than the Bible. If there is, I would like you to inform me where I can read it.

Today, research and experience indicate young adults want mentoring relationships with people older than them. Depending upon how you personally relate to young adults, the connection can integrate a cross-generation moment that opens doors and relationships for you and the young grownups.

What situations do the majority of people discover fearful?
