How would you best market the property to tap into the right target market?
What makes your proposal to the client more significant and even better than the other agents in the area?
Who are the best developers for property in the area and are there any projects on the design board that will compete with you in this new listing?
What is the current time on market of properties of this model and how has that changed over the last 12 months?
If you was selling or leasing my property today, I would expect you as a real estate agent or broker in the area to have these basics for me. I want you to give me the reason to use your assistance and convince me that you are the best. Think about these areas and start to build your professionalism. The greater value you are to the people on the property market means you get more listings. Simple creating equation isn't it.
