It is straightforward and has simple terms and conditions for customers to understand the policies. All it needs for customers to do is to go through the standards, policies of Walmart, and understand the approaches while returning the items or while claiming refunds. Customers are often encouraged for retaining the receipts of items for purchasing through e-receipts or receipts of cash paid.
Some of the Important points to keep in mind while returning the items to Walmart –
• Walmart Timeframe: All the items purchased at Walmart can be returned on the purchase within 90 days. It can be done without or with a receipt.
• The policy of Receipted Returns: The refund will be returned on the item if the customer provides the receipt. The refund is made through the payment of the original method. Also, the receipted returns allow the debit card, cash or cheque, or credit card, concerning the payment made by the customer.
• Walmart’s Return Policy on Cell Phones: If the cell phones are purchased and have some default problem, then the customer has to return them within 14 days of purchase.
• Walmart’s Return Policy on Electronics: Walmart provides return within 90 days on general products. But on the electronic items, the refund is made within 45 days of purchase.

• Price Adjustments at Walmart: These are given prior if the purchase in Walmart is made within 14 days. To receive the adjustment, the customer has to provide the original receipt of the item purchased.
