Came in at 4:05 and because they only have 5 employees for the entire bank and only one person handling the teller cage I had to wait from 4:05 to 4:25 before I was able to speak to someone and handle my bank business that is totally unacceptable and the only reason that happens is one of two things, 1 they're looking to close down this branch and they don't want to invest any more Personnel or 2 they preferred to get a bigger profit from this location and expect everyone to go online to handle business so that they can lay off more people! I have never really had a bad expirence with them. They called me at my work to ask about some strange purchases, which happened oddly enough, while I was at work. They credited my account the 0 some fool bought at area 7-11's. How anybody could buy that much is beyond me. I only call the bank when I need to order checks, which is once every 3 years or so. I do so much online banking that I never have to talk to anybody. My grandmother has been a member of this bank since the 1960's or 1970's and she is very appalled the way they treat her and her grandson, me. Very bad business. I checked the website and confirmed that they were open and paid for parking just to show up and have a guy tell me that they are only open for merchant services until 12pm even though the bank is pretty much empty. Sure, I understand the pandemic is rough, but it is not an excuse to be lazy and be worse that you already were before all this.
