Which ones allow overnight parking and which ones do not and includes traveler comments.1. Fedex Store in New York 10014130 Leroy St New York, NY 10014RecommendedMarisol is the greatest!!! She is funny and went out of her way to ensure I had the best rates (set me up with my own account) and delivered superb customer service. Hire and train more people like her FedEx.Best ReviewsThe worst delivery services ever I was home all morning and by the early afternoon there was a door tag ive never heard a knock on the door or anything this isn't the first that fed ex provides unprofessionalism very sad especially this time when things are harder to grab a hold of ex: packagesTop ReviewsThis is the worst location in the Country. I do not know why my packages get left here but the workers are ignorant, lazy and clueless. FedEx should be ashamed of themselves for having these morons hold people in line for hours. Also need your first born child to get your package.2. Fedex Store in New York 100751122 Lexington Ave New York, NY 10075RecommendedSadly the staff seemed intent on doing other things behind the counter rather than attending to customers waiting. Janae was surly and Oman just unhelpful. She kept saying we needed to fill out a form when all she needed was the address written out which we had on paper. Despite 5 staff visible, only Janae was attending the counter, while Oman stood by the terminal. No smiles, no effort to communicate or apologize. And she was focused on 2 packages perhaps from a previous customer that might have been done after the line subsided. IMHO these two need to be let go or retrained to act like service oriented employees. Very sad!Top ReviewsMy favorite service is the self-printing. I email FedEx what I need to be printed. Then I get back the automatic code. When I arrive at the store I type the code into the printer and that's it. It doesn't get any easier than that. It's very convenient for school or when I'm working on other projects. The only other place besides FedEx that I know who offers this service is Staples. I use them both all the time. Such a time saver when I'm on the go.Top ReviewsThere are so many registers and only 1 person manning the whole place. I don't understand. You all are wasting everyone's time. People have somewhere to be. It shouldn't take 45 minutes to drop off a box. Hire more people.3. FedEx Ship Center in New York 1001150 W 20th St New York, NY 10011ReviewsI just shipped my bike FedEx Ground from NY to California in a box from FedEx included for . The bike is about 30 lbs. I was quoted over 0 at Bikeflights.com, who claims to be the cheapest and they also use FedEx. This is absolutely the cheapest way to ship a bike within the country. Call ahead to see if the FedEx location has bike boxes. They're short in supply of boxes around the city right now, people are moving away during the pandemic.ReviewsGuys this is my last time using this location. I feel badly for the employees They are understaffed, seriously. The manager is hit or miss - sometimes he's super pleasant, other times irate and ranting. What irks me the most is it takes an act of Congress to get a pair of scissors to use because the paper cutter is horrible, and the lamination machine never has the sizes needed, even though i bring it up all the time. To have to wait in line for one guy to send shipments out when you're trying to use the shop for copies or other is insane. Just can't do it anymore sorry guys.Recommendedmore than 15 minutes waiting to make an impression, and I was treated rudely and rudely. Poor customer service. and long waiting time with only 1 employee.4. FedEx Ship Center in New York, NY250 E Houston St New York, NY 10002Recommended ReviewsShipping prices looked decent and the service is a little slow with so few workers. They also have all types of printing available. Hope this helps!Related Contents:- Bank of America Locations - Target Locations - Walgreens Near MeReviewsWe went here today to mail a small package. The guy who took care of it was *very* friendly & helpful and he also had a great sense of humor. His colleague - who I spoke to briefly - was also friendly.Recommended ReviewsI'm seeing some positive reviews about the customer service so I'm a little confused, maybe this particular shift is just bad. I went in around 8:30pm and was met with incredibly rude employees all around who did not seem like they wanted to help me at all. Short responses or even fully ignoring me(??), zero friendliness, and slow service. They (one guy especially in printing) seem like they have no energy and hate their lives. I wouldn't go back for anything but in-and-out shipping or self-service.5. FedEx Ship Center in New York, NY6 W 48th St New York, NY 10036Best ReviewsVery professional staff and service as Fedex is well known forBest ReviewsNot sure how they even got 2.2 stars. Came here in the blistering heat to print something and their printer is not working. No apology, no reimbursement for train fare, just a rude employee giving me my debit card back with even looking at me. I encountered similar experiences with FedEx across the country. FedEx is THE ABSOLUTE WORST, get your printed shop at your local print shop! You pay a few bucks more, but you get the service and give the support to local businesses.Best ReviewsI've been here about five times. I just use the machines where you can print your stuff off yourself. There is usually always a line and the wait is at least five minutes.Like it? Share it! |
