Bank of America in San Francisco 941315268 Diamond Heights Blvd San Francisco, CA 94131Best ReviewsThey extremely unprofessional. They made me wait for 40 minute on rainy day for a wire transfer. When I asked if I should go somewhere else rather waiting a stupid banker said "yes you should, our computers are down" WTF! Couldn't you say that 40 min ago?Recommended ReviewsWhen trying to reach BofA on the phone or online for support fails - a certainty with a bank which tries to avoid dealing with customers at any cost, the branch is there as a fallback. I do not visit my local branch very often but have done so when everything else fails. BofA is a bit like the McDonald of Banking: keep it simple and they should be able to handle it. Stray from the standard menu and anything can happen - mostly not what you want or expect. If you must pick a bank - try Wells Fargo (for a large bank) or better still First Republic Bank.Recommended ReviewsBank of America closed 3 small business accounts of mine without any warning and with no recourse. Very not fun experience. By the time I got another bank lined up my accounts had gone into "restricted" mode and I couldn't have them wire the money or get a cashiers check... so my business is out of my working capital account until further notice....2. Bank of America & ATM in San Francisco1525 Market St San Francisco, CA 94103RecommendedThe worst BoA location ever!! 10 people at work and only 1/2 tellers!! And the rest just walking around doing nothing and the result is that every single time we need at least an hour for any service!! Ridiculous!! All of you!!!ReviewsWhy do they feel it necessary to shut down all three ATMs at the same time.? Very inconvenient waste of my time. Take them iffGoogle maps till you finish remodel.Recommended ReviewsWorst customer service I have been there 4 times. Out of that only once I received the service I was looking for other times I was asked to call the bankJust close these branch and fire these useless people !!!3. Bank of America in San Francisco, 941103250 Mission St San Francisco, CA 94110ReviewsThis bank takes forever every single time its a long ass wait. Not sure if its the tellers or always short on staff or what but man avoid this branch if possible if you are in a hurry.Top ReviewsWaited for over an hour, they have 5 available tables for a personal banker to talk to but only one working. Worst bank so far!Top ReviewsThat's right, just one teller on duty during lunch time... amazingly slow service. Stone age. Not my bank, but I had to go in to pick up a delivery. Even Wells Fargo is way way better. Avoid this bank if you can.4. Bank of America in San Francisco, CA 94102San Francisco, CA 94102 Civic Center, Hayes ValleyBest ReviewsYelp needs a 0 star. Bank of America doesn't deserve one star. Bank of America is the WORST bank there is. Christian Connelly at 1656 California street during the crisis told us we would get the no fee loan. He then changes our loan to the standard rate when no discount was applied. I will never use Bank of America for anything again. They are crooks, thieves and liars! Go to any mortgage company other than them and especially stay away from Christian Connelly!Top ReviewsRidiculous. Generally unresponsive, says he'd do things but not do it, never follows up, rarely follows through. Getting him to move things along was like pulling teeth. Asked him for estimates. No response until I asked again a week later. Asked him for a copy of my credit score (previous brokers never had any problem with this), said he would, then didn't.Related Contents:- Chase Bank Near Me - Staples Locations - Captain D's LocationsTop ReviewsSince they built a wall and got rid of tellers (as well as really nice managers...) there is always a ridiculous line with only one teller. They are trying to train people to use apps and machines but it's not working. I've talked to other customers waiting in line, equally frustrated, and some have told me that they had to spend their entire lunch break to make a deposit. So sad. I long for a bank that builds community and not walls...5. Bank of America & ATM in San Francisco, CA4098 24th St San Francisco, CA 94114ReviewsI have been a Bank of America customer for 30 years. Most of the time my customer service experience has been pretty good. My local branch is all closed so I went to this one to get a cashiers check. The phone message was worse than useless, even for a contemporary phone tree. So I took my chances. Arriving at 12:30, I was told the only teller was at lunch I would be back in 30 minutes. I returned and had to wait yet another 30 minutes for inexplicable reasons before the doors were opened again. No apologies. Pretty crappy experience.Top ReviewsThings have gotten alot better here in the last 6 months or so. I think they brought in a veteran teller who knows her stuff.Recommended ReviewsSince when Bank will charge u 5% to have change into smaller bills??? Eventho i have an account with u guys?!!!
