Adobe After Effects CS4 Download FreePosted by Kristin on February 5th, 2021 From Jeremy Manier ScienceInsider, the top-notch blog by Science magazine writers, flags this case of a scientist that found his research grant program was part of a Freedom of Information Act request. A doctor at another college asked for the application, on the premise that once a thing is submitted to a federal agency it's fair game for a public records request. This reminds me of the slightly shady practice among supporters of doing a FOIA for several of the other FOIAs which were submitted to a specified agency. It's a means to keep track of exactly what your coverage competitors are up to, but it always struck me as a little like cheating. In cases like this, as the original article explains, there is a legitimate legal case the unpublished information in this NIH program ought to be shielded from public view. And as the poster argues, a FOIA is certainly a non-collegial manner of getting info. However, is it unethical? Clearly it is if the intent was to find an unfair progress peek at another scientist's methods, goals, etc. But public records are public. I never submitted an e-mail, FOIA or other communication to a public service I wouldn't have been comfortable seeing released. Grant requests are different, but it is probably safe to presume that unless there is a clear exemption, whatever you give a government office can become people. microsoft windowsxp mediacenter 2005 bootable from. osx86 microsoft office descarga gratuita de adobe acrobat reader.
