Come to find out it had been sitting on the fax machine for who knows how long. They tried to make it my fault for not having the paperwork, but my doctor had already sent it 2 times before. The time management and customer service at this location is absolutely ridiculous. I can't believe this place stays in business. Reception was friendly and easy - no problems with my insurance, doctor's orders, or appointment time. I was a bit annoyed that I didn't get in right at 1 PM because there were walk-ins but they were so fast that it worked out in the end. Blood draw was painless and quick - the tech was fantastic.
