Pretty good spot. It's a Home Depot, so they're all sort of the same thing. But at least the employees were nice here and the selection was quite vast. I definitely recommend!

Horrible . They are understaffed no one to help in areas you actually need help in. The people you find up finding (after roaming around Home Depot )have no knowledge to even help you.

I hate these employees. They are very annoying and lazy. They don't want to help out. They just look forward for their paycheck.

Very spacious Home Depot in the middle of Chelsea. Inside is clean and air circulated for COVID measures.

I have been in this Home Depot a countless amount of times over the years whether it's for plants or home improvement projects. I am always so grateful for how kind and helpful the employees are (especially as a young woman). They know city people need to get creative and they've always helped me figure out my projects!

This Home Depot has very friendly staff. Looking for tile for my bathroom 2 separate people asked if they could help me. When you arrive, there is an employee at an information booth right in front of the doors to help direct you where to go. When leaving, there is someone directing you to the next available register or self check out. Not the usual wandering the aisles looking for someone to ask a question. It's nice to shop here

This was my first time visiting this Home Depot and you can be sure it will be the last. They didn't have stuff that the website listed as available and most of the staff was rude, condescending, and unwilling to help.

Just a quick review to compliment Louis who was so helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly as he helped us in the faucets/ sink section. It was a breath of fresh air and I am glad Home Depot hires people like him!

What I like about home depot, is that you can find everything you need here. The funny thing yesterday was to see where they stored the bags of salt, since there in no snow in New York, you can see mountain of snow salt outside, far far away.

I went to HD looking to start a renovation of 2 small bathrooms I was told that they are partnered with Re Bath who does all their bathroom renovations.I made an appointment with Re Bath to come over and give me an estimate for a total renovation of both bathrooms. The sales rep said they do not use anything from HD and would not install any fixtures from HD.

This Home Depot is located right after you come out of the Holland Tunnel (so the location is not great, especially during rush hour). They have a great customer service thou! They were so nice and helpful when I return something without having my credit card present. I will give them more stars but the location, is the worst.

I have been to this branch quite many times for quick grab of household items and overall experience has been good. The staff are generally more knowledgeable about the products and where they are located, and also more friendlier and attentive than some other Homedepot stores I have been to. Location is also not bad at all, easy access right off rt 139 (just need to be careful and stay on left otherwise you will be "routed" right across Hudson River to Manhattan :-).

Great location and selection of tools. We found a great selection of items to assist our project. Wish I remembered the employees name who helped us, he was really knowledgeable. Navigating the store is challenging, they need better signage throughout the floors and the cashier area is rather confusing, it's laid out oddly. Definitely congested.

I love this place. I always get great customer service too, literally from everyone I've approached. I usually go here 1-3 hours before closing time, so maybe these are good times to shop (less customers, more employees available to help).

Honestly this place was a very pleasant surprise. NYC is a scrunched up space sort of place but when I got to that bottom floor there was an expanse of aisles - so many I got lost in them! There is a plants section with plants that are more affordable than almost all plant shops in the area, a large lighting area, the typical paints and woodworking, etc...! All of the employees seemed surprisingly helpful and not intimidating at all (I was dressed in my Saturday best and not my spray painting the fridge worst). Arbach was extremely helpful and immediately knew what I was looking for and where it was. My project was simple but it was great knowing that Home Depot has people who do art on the side, have a tip here and there, know exactly what you're looking for, and want to see your project succeed.
