The last few visits here were nothing shy of a great experience. I'm always greeted by the manager there, Edward Lee, and I have to say that Bank of America has regained my faith and trust in their organization. Great financial advice to help me manage my money and great service, I can't ask for more from a bank.If Bank of America is reading this, please commend the staff there as they do an incredible job. But you guys need to get some more staffing as I see the manager and the same employees working hard around the clock!

I have had a BofA account for decades, (actually since I was an executive secretary at the downtown headquarters back-in-the-day!) and one branch may just be like any another bank branch, UNLESS you happen to have the good fortune to be expertly assisted by Joaquin De La Torre, a Relationship Manager at the Diamond Heights branch. I had to make a fraud claim, of a minor amount of $, and nevertheless, Mr. De La Torre worked on my behalf, helping navigate through the bumps along the way. He was diligent and thorough and did not 'rest' until every aspect of this issue was settled for me. I have rarely had the good fortune to be treated with such professional courtesy by one so clearly committed to doing their job with skill and warmth. I think BofA is fortunate to have an employee who does the bank so proud. Thank you again Joaquin De La Torre!

This location is horrible. I only come here to make a Less than a minute Check deposit for my property and the line is always long due too the one maybe two Tellers on a good day. They are just slow and want to talk when they see it's a damn line. I only come the first of the month but it's like trying to find the right time to come when there is no line.

Everyone was covid safe work mask and gloves and provided hand sanitizer. But their attitude was not acceptable. No one wanted to assist me. and their atm machine was down so I had to wait for a relersantive. No one was assisting someone. Just sitting there. I asked if I can make a quick deposit they would direct me to the atm. I told them it was broken. Then they said I'll be with you in a minute. 20 minutes past 3 people didn't want to help me. I ended up leaving because I was running late for a meeting. What a complete waste of time.

10 negative stars for this bank. They only have 3 tellers and there's ALWAYS at least 10 people in line. If there are only 2-3 tellers and 8 personal bankers, how does one feel? I get most irritated when the tellers make unnecessary small talk with customers when there are 10-15 people in line. ARE YOU SERIOUS? Omg. I rather walk 4 blocks the other way to bank with Wells Fargo then deal with this crazy nonsense understaffing BS where are your priorities situation.

Long lines and only ever one ot two tellers here, regardless of the line. Nobody ever seems to be in a rush AT ALL. Ever. SUPER quiet, you could hear a pin drop (and details of others' transactions). At least put on some background noise. One teller today, others pretending to be busy at desks or behind partitions. Its like this at 4th and Brannan too, but tellers there are a bit more prompt. The new norm for BofA.

Waited for over an hour, they have 5 available tables for a personal banker to talk to but only one working. Worst bank so far!

I signed up for Bank of America and am a good loyal customer. One month, when we were about to have our second baby, we got hit with overdraft charges over the course of 2 days that totaled 0. I explained to the manager the situation (new baby arrival) and they refused to credit us. I understand not crediting us but the way the manager dealt with it was really rude and I can't believe they can live with keeping 0 from me for overdrafting on things like a cup of coffee. I am finding a new bank.

How can you not like an Italian immigrant starting up a bank in such a cosmopolitan city? Business loans can be cheaper else where but this is a great place to exchange currency. You may purchase Euro traveler cheques at this location.

I went to the atm and it kept my card talking bout security reasons. So I had to go inside and they gave me card. But what a hassle to wait inline when never was my plan. Imagine if it was a weekend and the inside was closed I would of been stuck... never again be careful

Since they built a wall and got rid of tellers (as well as really nice managers...) there is always a ridiculous line with only one teller. They are trying to train people to use apps and machines but it's not working. I've talked to other customers waiting in line, equally frustrated, and some have told me that they had to spend their entire lunch break to make a deposit. So sad. I long for a bank that builds community and not walls...

Got there at 11:25 after finding out that my normal branch is closed for renovation. Entered to find out they are only serving business customers till noon, and can I please wait 35 minutes. I needed a high 4-figure money order to sign a new lease. Nope, sorry. YOU GUYS SUCK.

Worst customer service in the world. I've been coming here for 5 years to pay my rent. Always one person behind the counter, many people sitting behind desks. I usually put 45 mins on the meter and usually end up running to the car because I make it just in time. I dread coming here every month. Horrible...
