1. Harbor Freight Tools Store in Huntington Park, CA

5952 Pacific Blvd Huntington Park, CA 90255

Not as crowded as most harbor freight tools. Don't forget to check their website for free stuff with purchase and 20%. The coupons they have at the store are typically for future use and the cashier won't tell you it's available online. It does take a second or two to find the free stuff. The tools are cheap and the quality is okay. still a good place to go to for tools and stuff if you don't feel like walking into a huge Home Depot. They have some stuff but not a lot.

Wow! Weird tools that are super cheap. This place is as big as a supermarket. Incredible variety of stuff I've never seen. Friends have complained about the quality but I always lose tools before they wear out.

Incompetent cashiers...they let customers answer phone calls and allow them to wait to finish their conversations with long lines behind them. Even the managers don't know how what they're doing.

2. Harbor Freight in Burbank, 91502

I didn't think I would be l writing this review al over again. But recently I went to harbor freight in Burbank for some things I needed. I also had inside track club coupons and a 20% coupon. And on the time of check out I used my inside track coupon and presented the 20% one and the cashier said I can't use it because I can only use one coupon not too. I the past iv done it that way but I was told that that is not acceptable. Not sure what happened but it's a hole new staff. Well it looks like I will not be going there again. Boycott Harbor freight!!!!

The worst store. I wanted to return an item and had nothing but problems with the manager. Such an Axx Hole. He wanted to charge me restocking fee for a tool I bought 5 days ago. Never ever coming here again. I made big mistake not going to Home Depot. Take your business somewhere else. By the way their tools are cheap made

Everything is organized. This place is great for quick inexpensive tools for large and small projects. I've bought a few power tools and really compete with the more "brand" named tools. Example: bought. Miter saw, 3 years later, going back for another because I've lent it out to a friend who loves it so much I let keep it!

3. Harbor Freight in North Hollywood, 91606

The store was fully stocked. They had disposable face mask. It's the best deal I've seen in town so far. It wasn't too crowded but the check line was long.

The staff here is so helpful. Whenever I ask for a specific tool, they can point out the correct aisle. This is very rare in other chain store hardware stores where the employees don't try to remember their store layout. I've bought everything from measuring tapes, gloves, screwdrivers and power tools from this place. The weekly coupon books always have harbor freight deals so it's very effective marketing. I wish that I had more restraint from buying extra tools :-)

4. Harbor Freight Tools Store in Commerce, CA 90022

5200 Triggs St Commerce, CA 90022

Reviews

Theres no such thing as customer service here. Everything that is sold in the store I can buy online or at another Harbor Freight nearby. The store is very small yet always a mess. The checkout line is always huge with only one or two registers open. Management is always rude and sarcastic.

Reviews

This location is always the least busy and well stocked. The Santa Clara location has darn near everything all the time but no space and crowds (scary) while the Hayward location has little of anything but plenty of space snd still manages scary crowds. This is a go as a happy medium- lots of space, always shopping carts available, plenty of stock , and friendly staff. It's become my go to store. Have to drive here from Redwood City then back because there aren't any stores San Mateo County HarborFreight fills a niche with inexpensive tools that often surprise with their quality, I'm looking at you Hercules

I used to visit the HF in Newark before they closed and consolidated with the Fremont one. This branch is excellent and they have never declined a return even if it was past the deadline. On one occasion, they even helped with loading a toolbox twice and returning the old one. If you don't have a coupon and ask, they will scan an old one for you.

5. Harbor Freight Store in Culver City, CA

4545 Sepulveda Blvd #Ste 00577 Culver City, CA 90230

Reviews

I never go to tool stores and I am so dim I thought Harbor Freight was tools for boats. It is not. It is huge and has every tool you can imagine. The service is friendly and they know their stock well. The place is also super clean with large areas to get through easily. I needed a Mover's Dolly and they had them on sale for 8$. I was so pleased I bought 2 of them and some assorted things I needed for my little tool drawer. It is a nice place.

Reviews

My favorite tools shop ever, they have every tool you can need with a very competitive prices in comparison to other tool shops, huge parking lot that you can go anytime and find a spot.
