Ingredients for making Lauki Kofta Recipe:
For gourd balls -



1. Bottle Gourd - 250 grams

2. Green chili - 2

3. Onion - 1/3 piece

4. Coriander leaf -

5. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 teaspoon

6. Red chili powder - 1/3 teaspoon

7. Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon

8. Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon

9. Carom seeds - 1/4 teaspoon

10. Beson - 100 grams

11. Oil - For Frying

For gravy -

1. Oil - 50 grams

2. Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon

3. Green Chili - 2

4. Onion Pest - 1/2 cup

5. Tomato Paste - 1 cup (2 tomatoes)

6. Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon

7. Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon

8. Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

9. Garam masala - 1 teaspoon

10. Coriander leaf

Method of preparation of Lauki Kofta Recipe:


Recipe For Lauki Kofta In Hindi: First peel the gourd and wash it well. Then grate it and then squeeze out its water and remove it, add green chili, coriander leaves and ginger garlic paste. Then add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and celery. After that add gram flour and mix it well and leave it to set for 5 minutes. After that add salt to it and keep it on the gas to be oil.

Then make a small bow, then put it in a medium flame to fry the ball. (lauki kofta curry recipe) When the balls are cooked from both the sides, take them out. Then put some oil in the second pan and add cumin seeds, after a while, then add the onion paste and let it roast for 2-3 minutes. After that put tomato paste in it and then roast it.

Then add mircha powder, turmeric and salt and cook it for a while. After this, add water to it and let it come to a boil. Then add balls to it and cook for 4-5 minutes. Then add garam masala and chopped coriander leaves and turn off the gas. After that take it out in any serving ball and our gourd kofta is ready. Eat it with hot roti, phulka or paratha.
