3. To Open an Accountant's Copy Transfer File

  • From the File menu, select the Open or Restore a Company option.
  • Then, select Convert an Accountant’s Copy Transfer File option followed by Next.
  • Click Next when the What the Accountant’s Copy Can and Can’t Do window appears.
  • Select the file with the .qbx extension and click on Open.
  • Lastly, click on save for saving your file on the computer.
