Feel the Change of Air

Tourism sector in Kerala was opened in Oct 2020, and is looking forward to get more revenue to overcome the pandemic crisis. The sector has been under lockdown for eight months and it's a source of income to a large section of people.

Kerala is nurtured with greenery and monsoon rain, makes the state "The God's Own Country". The state named as one of the 'Top Ten Paradise' of the World by National Geographic traveler.  Kerala known for its diversity, culture and focus on eco-tourism have made it a popular destination. The state welcomes the tourist year around.

The tourism in Kerala generates a larger income towards the state revenue especially the house boats in Alleppey and the hill stations. Now tourism is open state has started receiving the guest with strict adherence to COVID-19 protocols. To ease out the pressure in decision making whether to go out on a trip or not Kerala Tourism has come up with a Campaign.

Kerala's ad campaigns widely acclaimed for its innovative and focused ideas. The Rani George, Principal Secretary, Tourism, said the state had launched new campaign 'Change of Air' which urges people to visit the state and feel the freshness in the air.  Along with campaign government has assured to provide the support to the tourism sector.

Along with campaign Kerala has been awarded the most welcoming region in India by the travel portal Booking.com. The state known for its hospitality and friendliness has ranked on top 5 list of states across India.
