Digital Privacy: Windows 10

This incarnation of Microsoft's Windows 10 is awful, to say the least. I was excited when it came out, so much so I got a copy before anybody else did, by being a tester. I had nothing but problems while testing it, which have seemed to have been exercised now, but Windows 10 is not something that's desirable if you want privacy and security. There are big problems with it and it leads to larger concerns.

People today make an argument that It's Microsoft's real estate, and they can do what they want with this. That is not exactly true. If I have 0.00 and I give it away to someone, that's no longer my cash. That becomes the property of somebody to perform with it as they please. I've no right to tell that person how to invest their cash. When I make a recording of music I made, and I give it away to someone, that becomes their land, and when they want to earn a replica of it, and give it away to their friends, that is his right. Yeah, I left the audio, however I gave it away.

Also, unlike so many folks, I spent 9.00 and bought Windows 10 so that I would have a hard backup install, in case something went horribly and urgently wrong and I needed to reinstall via ROM. When you pay someone for something, again, it becomes your home to do with it as you please. I gave Microsoft my money, they gave me Windows 10, they no longer own that program. It is mine, today.

Now, if I'm infected with a virus, and now that I give myself to somebody else, and they receive the virus I have, I am legally accountable and have committed a criminal act.

When I give someone a program for their own computer, that I generated, And lets say their computer wouldn't operate without this system, or when it did, it would not run properly, or do what they wanted it to perform, but intentionally bundled it with a Trojan, but did not inform that person I did that, but just gave them some vague comments about my program might collect data to enhance the program, fix bugs, and make improvements to the program, then add in all this other stuff about amassing the contents of private and personal information in private files and folders you've created and will turn them over to anybody that requests for it... That is going too far. You can't do that. Someone does not agree to this. They use Windows because they need their computer to get their stuff. Not Microsoft's stuff.

It is the exact same thing. I didn't really"AGREE" to whatever once I installed Windows. I just did what I needed to do to make it work. My files, my Web searches, my photos, are my own business, and nobody else has a right to themunless I share them through a shared folder, or posting it online.

Where this nation came to the concept that gives people the right to place cameras and microphones in everyone's home so the government can watch them, is crazy. Most individuals are too stupid to know better and allow children to have an X Box in their bedchamber with a microphone and camera, even where children dress and have an expectation of privacy, even if they're using their computer, and some creep is hacking into Microsoft searching for kids to exploit. Does anyone not see the BIG issue with BIG brother? And do you really want Microsoft being able to view your children in their bedroom changing clothes or something, you then get a knock on your door in the feds, and you are investigated for doing something gloomy because Microsoft was doing something they shouldn't have been doing? That's perverse.

What's worse, they, (Microsoft) lies and states they give you an advertisements I.D. and don't personally identify you. That's only a lie, because they admitted they're tracking you and preserving all your private and personal information, including information, photographs, documents, etc in your personal folders and files. When many people do online banking, purchasing and selling things on the E-Bay, and the majority of people don't shut down their PC. What if they're in the shower or something, overlook their pc is on, and Big Brother is watching. CREEPY ! Perhaps you have nothing to conceal, but that is not the point. Would you like people that you do not know looking at you while you're naked, and maintaining that movie on their servers someplace for anybody to check at? Perhaps you don't care about that, but you should. That's only the worst violation that somebody can do to somebody else. It's a sort of torture.

I really don't know just when this nation became Nazi Germany but it's got to stop. Microsoft has to be sued over this and individuals need to quit accepting this behaviour. Recall Nazi Germany, where people were tortured, burnt alive in ovens, and had medical experiments performed on them to find out what could happen. This is just the digital version of that, and if there's a take over by countries that this nation is in debt to, all that info may be used against you and there'll be NOTHING you can do about it.

I really don't know about you, but for me personally, my personal computer is an extension of me. This computer is my child, my blood, sweat, and tears have gone into creating this P.C. Literally. I have cut my palms on the sheet metal, trying to finesse something, I have cried over matters not functioning correctly, then had tears of joy once I solved the problems, I've sweated while building it. It contains my private journals, my financing, pictures of people, places I've been, or things I've done, that are not anyone else's company.

Lets try this metaphor. Say I sell you a diary, or a safe, but I say that you can not use the safe unless I have the combination, and can come in your house and inspect that secure or read this diary anytime I want to. That's ridiculous! Right ? It's the Identical THING.

When you give away something to someone, it is no longer theirs, and they've no right for it . It is the same way when you market it. You don't have the right to it . If I sell you checks, and a check book, I have no right to understand your financial business or see how and where you invest your cash. It's the Exact Same THING!
