Sushi, also known as Sushi-sushi, is a type of Japanese meal which originated from China and Japan. Sushi is eaten for two main reasons - to keep fit and to have fun. Sushi (sushi-sushi) is typically a savory Japanese dish consisting of raw fish, usually salmon, tuna, sole, or eel, served with white rice and fresh vegetables.

Sushi has become very popular in the United States and abroad. It is very versatile; however, there are four main types of sushi and they differ in the preparation and ingredients used. Sushi catering is served as part of a meal, either as an appetizer or a main course, and the different types are classified according to where they originated.

So, first of all, what is sushi, and then, what types of sushi is there? Sushi-Sushi is the original Japanese dish that is still popular today, although it is often combined with other types of Japanese dishes.

Sushi-Sushi, or nigiri sushi, is very similar to the American role, in that it has a thin layer of nori (fish paper) that is folded over the fish and cooked. Usually, sushi-sushi contains some vegetables and sometimes meat. This dish is commonly served with green tea, although white rice is also common. Because of the thin layers, this type of sushi is usually served with little or no sauce.

Makisushi is more like the American roll but includes different ingredients and sometimes even seafood. Makisushi is often prepared with rice that is steamed with the ingredients being cooked. This dish is usually accompanied by some vinegar or so. The ingredients included in makisushi include salmon, shrimp, and scallops, as well as seaweed, mushrooms, and various vegetables.

If you want to try sushi as a main course, then you will need to get yourself a sushi roll or maki-maki. This dish includes rice and various kinds of sesame seeds as a garnish. It is usually accompanied with a dipping sauce such as sake, lemon or wasabi.

Sashimi is maki-sushi that is wrapped in nori and cooked on a bamboo steamer. The thickness of the nori layer helps hold the rice in place while it cooks. It is sometimes topped with fresh vegetables.
