‘Darlings’ is a recently announced film and is a production debut of ace Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt and directorial debut of Jasmeet K Reen. According to the latest reports, legendary songwriter and lyricist Gulzar Ji and music director Vishal Bharadwaj have joined hands to make the movie even more lively and fantastic with its magical music.

The legendary lyricist Gulzar and Vishal Bhardwaj, one of the best composers in the Hindi film industry, has created some of the most iconic songs for memorable films like Omkara, Chachi 420, Kaminey, Haider, Ishqiya, Maachis, and more.

This collaboration between the two has resulted in some of the finest tracks known to the film fraternity. With Alia Bhatt’s Darlings, they are now set to create some fantastic moments, enhancing the storyline of the upcoming film co-produced by King Khan.

Featuring actors like Alia Bhatt, Shefali Shah, Vijay Varma, and Roshan Mathew, Darlings is undoubtedly going to be a unique story of a quirky mother-daughter duo who are making their way through the mad circumstances that will come in their way, and they try to find their place in the world. This film is a dark comedy set in Mumbai against the backdrop of a conservative lower-middle-class neighborhood and tracks the lives of these two ladies as they find courage and love in crazy circumstances.

Parveez Shaikh and Jasmeet have written the film, Darlings produced by Shah Rukh Khan’s wife Gauri Khan, Alia Bhatt, and Gaurav Verma. It is a Red Chillies Entertainment and Eternal Sunshine presentation of a Red Chillies Entertainment production; the film goes on floors this month.
