Jake Paulsen and Michael Buble play a married couple in the movie "Jesus Loves Me." Who is Jake Paul plays him as a straight arrow who is very focused on following his religious beliefs but, on the other hand, he has a secret desire to have a good time. Michael Buble plays him as an energetic singer who seems to have no limits as far as what he wants to do musically. In fact, the movie even shows us the contrast of their lives before they decided to take up acting together.

The story begins when Jake Paulsen (Buble) comes across Jesus during one of his many days off. After being informed by his friend about a seminar where Jake Paul sen can get his acting job back, he boards the bus to go and meet Jesus. When Who is Jake Paul does, he realizes that the man he's been searching for is actually Jesus.

The next day, he goes to a hotel where he meets Mary, whom he instantly falls in love with. However, Mary's mother tells them that Mary is not the daughter of God but of a man named Jacob. As a result, Jesus flees from the scene and goes into hiding. Shortly thereafter, he picks up a guitar and begins to play a song that would eventually become the title track of "Jesus Loves Me."
