Possession or claim cases are somewhat uncertain and may take a long time for a verdict, which means need to handle these cases with more expertise that is possible with a barrister who is an expert in his/her field of law. There are direct access barristers that undertake possession cases and have authority to represent their client in the courtroomin order to get a verdict as soon as possible. -          This idea was invented to censor the cost and providing a cost effective provision that become successful as before, people used to pay both solicitors and barristers, infect solicitors even charge to recommend a barrister, but after the new act role of a solicitor got censored and now people just need to pay to the barristers only.

-          It becomes easy to get a quick conclusion as even judges take barrister’s statement more serious and genuine that support them to come up with a correct conclusion fast.

-          It becomes easy to appeal direct in the court room for a claim.

-          It becomes easy to get the guidance of barristers about the case and to understand some more aspects of the case.

Direct access possession proceedings are like an alarm that case is actually solemn, but going to get sorted within few hearings because barristers that are experienced enough used to represent possession cases in a more skilful way.
