First they told me they will look into it. Then I was told the system was sending it to a wrong email address. This took place numerous times after I was told my email address had been updated. Then they informed me they will do an intensified case to trace my e-mail issue, I waited a week, no updates. Then I was told my original e-mail service - protonmail. com is not suitable. Then I altered my e-mail to a yahoo email address they stated would offer me no issues. I wait, still absolutely nothing. Then they tell me it was since I had actually not whitelisted the services in my account, which I then did.

I called once again and they informed me that the services which I was asking about were not part of my subscription, however when I firmly insisted, they said that yes they were ... Then they sent me a list of each service to be whitelisted which I did. Still nothing, same old runaround. Upon logging into the site, I can see which services sent out updates at what time, however then customer care tells me on their end, it shows nothing was sent out and they do not understand when they head out by means of email. When I requested for a manager or various contact info, they said they do not have any.

I paid near to 5 figures for these life time subscriptions overall, and I am not even getting them to date. This is too time consuming, frustrating, and dreadful customer support. I belong to other investment advisories and they have the ability and resources to rapidly fix any issues. Nothing even near to outright incompetence I have experienced here.
