Upon logging into the website, I can see which services sent updates at what time, however then customer support informs me on their end, it shows nothing was sent out and they don't know when they go out through email. When I asked for a manager or different contact info, they said they do not have any.

I paid near to 5 figures for these life time subscriptions overall, and I am not even getting them to date. This is too time consuming, discouraging, and dreadful client service. I become part of other financial investment advisories and they have the capability and resources to rapidly resolve any problems.
