Initially they told me they will check out it. Then I was told the system was sending it to a wrong e-mail address. This occurred several times after I was informed my email address had actually been upgraded. Then they told me they will do an intensified case to trace my e-mail issue, I waited a week, no updates. Then I was informed my initial e-mail service - protonmail. com is not compatible. Then I changed my email to a yahoo e-mail address they said would give me no concerns. I wait, still nothing. I called once again and they informed me that the services which I was asking about were not part of my membership, however when I insisted, they stated that yes they were ... Then they sent me a list of each service to be whitelisted which I did. Still absolutely nothing, same old runaround. Upon logging into the site, I can see which services sent updates at what time, but then client service tells me on their end, it shows absolutely nothing was sent and they do not know when they go out via e-mail. When I requested for a supervisor or various contact information, they said they do not have any.

I paid near 5 figures for these lifetime memberships overall, and I am not even receiving them to date. This is too time consuming, discouraging, and dreadful consumer service. I become part of other financial investment advisories and they have the capability and resources to rapidly solve any concerns. Nothing even near to outright incompetence I have experienced here.
