MS Puddle flange

MS Puddle flange is designed to prevent leaks around pipelines penetrating poured floors, tanks, concrete walls, shafts, pools, structures, and manholes. The flexible gasket of the puddle flange is installed at the time of construction on the outside diameter of the pipe where a watertight seal is required. The unique flexible design of MS puddle flange bonds to concrete and compresses during the pour and curing process providing a leak-proof seal against gas and water.

MS puddle flanges are made of Stainless steel, carbon steel, mild steel materials. It is available in the diameter of 32 - 1300 mm range and pressure rating of PN 6 to PN 16. These flanges are easy to install, it can be installed in walls, floors, and ceilings and have good general chemical resistance. These flanges are most durable and manufacture to fit in different size of pipes.

The majority of our flanges are manufactured from forged steel with a limited amount machined from bar stock. The forged construction provides higher strength and durability to provide long-lasting performance in the application. Our puddle flanges are used in Marine engineering, Chemical processing, Hydro-carbon processing, Heat exchangers, Valve Manufacturing, Pump manufacturing, Petrochemical plants, Nuclear power projects, Oil & Gas equipment manufacturing.

The puddle flanges are used to seal around the outside of pipes that are required to pass through concrete structures. They are installed during construction only. The pipes passing through concrete and water can pass along the external surface of the pipe.

These puddle flanges are an effective solution against water penetration along the surface of pipes through concrete structure. These flanges offer excellent resistance to corrosion, pitting, crevice, and stress corrosion cracking. These have great thermal stability.
