2.Nasal congestion is often due to inflammation. You can use medicines and other techniques to reduce inflammation and congestion. You can make use of nasal strips, a room humidifier, moisturizing nasal sprays and so on.  
3.Try and change your sleep positions as they may affect snoring as well. A person who sleeps on their back can make their tongue to relax and block the airway.
