"See... My site ranks well... I know what I'm doing..." "You will need our special G-Spot Booster to obtain indexed in Google" "You need a high PageRank to rank well..." "SEO is similar to rocket science..." "Once your site ranks well, you don't have to do anything else" "You just need us to optimize your Meta Tags which is it..."
