Dental Africa Exhibition & Conference returns to Lagos with support of Nigerian

Lagos, Nigeria: The second edition of Dental Africa Exhibition & Conference will be held at the Eko International Convention & Exhibition Center, Lagos, Nigeria from 7-9 October 2015. This is the only specialised dental event to benefit from the privilege support of the Nigerian Dental Association.

Nigeria’s healthcare market was valued at billion in 2013 and billion in 2014, where 17% constitutes oral healthcare. Nigeria’s awareness has increasingly appreciated the benefits of regular usage of oral care products, screening and treatments for dental diseases, and significant demand for cosmetics dentistry.

In 2013, mandatory dental examination was implemented for individual undergoing medical check-ups which increased the demands for establishment of dental facilities, clinics and institutions throughout the country.

The first edition of Dental Africa concluded at the Eko Hotel & Exhibition Centre in 2014 with record breaking success having attracted more exhibitors, visitors and delegates to the event than any other oral and dental care event on the continent. Dental Africa accommodated over 38 exhibiting companies from over 15 countries showcasing the very latest breakthroughs and technological developments in Dentistry, as well as announcing ground-breaking new partnerships and collaborations within the West Africa healthcare sector. In 2015, Dental Africa is expecting more than 200 participants, 28 local and international speakers and 3 CPD conferences.
