The ancillary matters would relate to the aspect of the acquisition or taking the custody of the children or the assets after the divorce is claimed and in the process of getting the result of the same. The assets would include those that are raised and developed while in marriage and the expenses that are involved in it were of direct.

If the expenses are indirect then they have to be proved that they were used for the complete task of the asset maintenance and growth. There will be questioning done in the presence of the lawyers only and it will not be open to others.
