Sayreville is a borough which is located 3 miles north of Old Bridge, New Jersey, and 21 miles southwest of Newark. Sayreville was originally inhabited by Native Americans which was also known as Roundabout and Wood’s Landing.

Sayreville is located right in the middle of Middlesex County, which is also the center of Central Jersey. While the town has about 43,000 residents that live about 55 miles from Philadelphia and 25 miles from Lower Manhattan in a straight line.

Further, the borough adjoins the Raritan River and Raritan Bay to the north and east, Old Bridge to the South, and East Brunswick to the west. While the median home value is about the same as New Jersey’s as a whole at 8,600 according to Census data.
