The City of Bellflower will be hosting a used motor oil filter exchange event on 7^th of November, 2015 from 10:00 A.M to 02:00 P.M at O'Reilly Auto Parts, 15766 Bellflower Blvd., Bellflower, CA.  In exchange for your used motor oil filters, inhabitants will get new motor oil filters free of cost (maximum 2 per resident, while supplies last).  After your next oil change, you are free to bring in your used oil and filter and obtain vouchers for fresh oil filters.
