ezSigner Direct lets you add digital signatures and images to checks and other documents while they're still being printed - all in one pass through the printer. You may add signatures and security images to papers as they're being printed with ez Signer. A password is required to unlock signatures and/or visuals so that they can be applied to your documents. Check signing machines, passing checks through the printer a second time, and sticky rubber stamps are no longer an issue with ezSigner. It eliminates the time-consuming procedure of hand-signing checks while also enhancing security.

The signing procedure

• Add digital signatures and/or graphics to papers while they're still being printed in a secure manner.

• Add a security watermark as well as a time-date-user stamp to enhance safety.

• Keep track of all printing activities by username, date/time, and the overlay that was used.

ezSigner Direct is an inexpensive solution that brings ease, security and savings to the process of inserting signatures or security graphics on any document. Securely sign documents at the moment they are printed by simply choosing the ez Signer print driver, providing your user password, and choosing your overlay.

ezSigner removes the need for check-signing machines, untidy stamps, and putting checks through printers many times. No more tiresome hand-signing of checks!

Signing Security

EzSigner allows you to import authorized signatures and graphic files put in an encrypted overlay that is password-protected. The encrypted overlay can only be printed with your password. The Event Log in ezSigner keeps track of all printing activities by username, date/time, and overlay. The system Audit may also monitor check numbers and account information if desired. Easily add a signature watermark and a Time-Date-User Stamp, too.

Additional printed-security layers may be implemented as follows:

• Signature Watermark - You may add a security watermark to your signature or graphics.
• Time-Date-User Stamp - The time and date of creation, as well as the user who accessed the system, may be printed in a specific area near your signature or image.

Advanced Overlay Editor

The ez Signer Direct overlay editor allows for rapid and fine-tuned modification. Use the horizontal/vertical rulers to easily import graphics and accurately place them into your safe checks and documents. Increase or decrease the size of the visuals as needed. With simple controls, you may add and format text or text boxes. For your check signing and basic form needs, the viewer allows for creative, WYSIWIG overlay creation. Make as many overlays as necessary. Import your own graphics or have your images scanned and optimized by an AP Technology graphic designer for use with ezSigner.
