From November 16 to November 30, 2015, upon logging in, players will get a Celebration Package that grants an 11% experience and reputation boost for one hour. Besides, there are special wands with Murloc and Gnoll disguises waiting for them in their mailbox, along with a cosmetic version of Edwin Vancleef's armor and the legendary Thunderfury blade. It is a bit sad that they all have charges but they are all bind-on-account, so that you could always log into alts for more items. While these rewards won't change the game for most players, it's still a sizeable buff for anyone still making their way towards Level 100.
