Many people claim that their hard-earned money goes into shambles because it is quite casually claimed by the government in the name of taxes. There are many to claim that the taxes they pay are just a way for the government to mint money out of their pockets..but is it really true? These are the same people who criticize the infrastructure of their country or find faults in the working of their own nation or just pick out mistakes in the systems run by the government.

These kinds of people just do not understand that the taxes they pay are actually allocated for the welfare of their own country..and if they find that their country is not up to the mark, they yell, criticize and act disappointed..but somewhere, the non-taxpaying section of the society is to be blamed. People who do not pay their share of taxes timely, must be actually educated on the part that why should we actually pay taxes? Why is it important for us to give a part of our income to the government? What is in it for us? How are these taxes being invested by the government?

  1. The welfare of the country: Running a country..no matter how small or big it is, requires a lot of funds, and these funds are basically acquired through taxes. The taxes we pay are used for the welfare of our country..it is used for the development of the military programs..also, it is used to develop the civil services we require..for example, the money is used to developing medical sciences or it is used to improve the security system, i.e, the police services of our country. These taxes eventually are meant for the benefit of the citizens themselves.

  2. Education system: The taxes we pay are invested in the education system..be it hiring teachers or building schools and colleges or improving the state and quality of the education system. These funds help the government to educate as many students as possible so that the future of our nation comes out to be educated, free and independent. So, who would want the education system of their own country to be in shambles, right? The taxes we pay directly impact the growth of our own country.

  3. Healthcare: The healthcare system of a country is its backbone. Providing the best and the latest healthcare is what a government aims for, which is obviously fulfilled by the taxes you give. In fact, there are so many countries that provide free healthcare just because the citizens pay high taxes and that too, on time. So, if you expect a flawless medical system in your country, paying taxes becomes mandatory.

  4. Infrastructure: The roads we travel on..or the beautiful buildings we see are all the result of the taxes we pay to the government. The amount that the government receives via taxes, they use that to build the basic infrastructure like roads, highways, buildings, offices, etc. which in turn would make our life easier and a lot less complicated.

Filing and paying taxes is of utmost importance as it ensures that our life becomes easier, better, and relaxed. The government tirelessly works towards making our lives free of worries by allocating these taxes to places where it is required.
