The Big Brother TV show has become hugely popular with the young audience that is growing up in today's society. American television viewers, millions strong, have learned that they can live happily with their parents when they're away from home for work or school. The home is a secure refuge for them to escape the problems of the planet. It is a location where their questions about life have been answered and given an answer, often in an abusive way. It's a world that is largely absent of violence and criminal activity.
The first week of battling had concluded with no eliminations. The weekly vote had demonstrated successful with votes out of everybody in the house. This week was just the first of many. Who would be picked to compete at the Big Brother competitions on Thursday? We'll find out soon!
Friday, August 11th, was the first night of the Big Brother contest. It wasn't surprising that Friday night would be the most watched night of this summer, with nearly half of all TV viewers tuning into the Big Brother show. Many were amazed to see who was selected to compete in the Big Brother contest, as many folks hadn't heard of Matt Gagne prior to the series.
