FUSION SERIES CONTROLLER

Posted by Controlanything India on January 22nd, 2016

Fusion series controllers are the most powerful relay controllers designed and developed at “controlanything.co.in”. “FUSION” as delineated in the name of the controller is truly justified as in this controller 3 separate relay controllers are built into a single device. A perfect amalgamation of three relay controller technologies that are TARALIST (Time Activated Relay List), Reactor and ProXR advanced provide an utmost solution in the control world. Each controller has the ability to control relays in very different ways. Specializing in autonomous and computer controlled switching applications, fusion controllers can be operated by themselves or can be computer controlled from anywhere in the world. Taralist is used to control relays based on time schedule. Time schedule can be designed using the Base Station Software and loaded into the controller. Each event in the list can be tested by simulating the time changes and monitoring the changes in the relay state. Reactor is used to control relays based on sensors. It also works with remote access to read sensors connected nearby with wireless Fusion controllers. Overriding the control of reactor and taralist relays, ProXR Advanced provides computer control of relays. It is our fourth generation command set for controlling relays. The most influential platform in the the world offers more capabilities with fewer commands than ever before. Fusion Series controllers are featured with relay controllers incorporated with programmable I/O analog to digital convertor, UXP expansion ports and I2C expansion ports. It can be configured using Base Station Software and works on API command sets at 12V DC power supply. Base station software helps to configure fusion controller and to explore fusion features. This methodology significantly reduces the amount of information that must be reviewed, making learning and integration much faster. Base station software is integrated with Comm operator. For speaking to the fusion class controller at the command level, Comm operator is an essential tool. It allows the user to send and receive numeric based commands to a fusion controller for activating relays and controlling various functions. Base Station can configure a fusion controller over the internet from anywhere in the world with the help of API. Data can take a while to travel across an internet connection and can arrive at a device at an unpredictable rate. API has the necessary routines in place to accommodate direct communications from software of the user to a device anywhere in the world, regardless of internet connection speed or delays between packets. API also has numerous benefits in wireless and Mesh Networking applications, where data packets may be lost. Fusion controllers allow users to develop in API format, which has a real-world, long- term benefit for all communication technologies. In depth knowledge of API, allows the users to use these boards anywhere in the world over an internet connection. In applications that do not require an internet connection, API greatly improves communications speed and command processing reliability. All communication technologies will benefit from API with regard to speed and reliability. Fusion controller’s high adaptability to the various communication technologies like Ethernet, web-I, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 802.15.4 wireless etc gives it an additional edge. Embodied with so many features fusion controllers are a full-fledged autonomous control system.
