Master Plan Delhi 2021 in Light of L Zone

MPD 2021 is a very important step taken by government on the line of developing five smart cities around Delhi on the lines of creating 100 smart cities across India. Master Plan was issued by Government Notification No. SO 141 dated 07/02/2007. Under the scheme, around 24 lakh residential units are to be made by DDA in L Zoneandother zones as specified inMaster Plan Delhi, 2021.    

Smart City Idea and Land Pooling Policy

 The real estate housing development is to be taken and initiated further in L Zone by Land Pooling Policy and Smart City guidelines. Smart city is an idea of running and operating city on the principles of ICT (Information Communication Technology) providing an opportunity to raise the living standard of people and offering living environment for contemporary era and future times.
