Brands and Obsession

We are living in a time where we assume that design, material quality and absolute good variety all are contented in brand. Or in other words, anything that belongs from a branded company has good quality and variety. The brand consciousness has turned into obsession where we want to live, eat, dress, own and any other activity we do all we want to do is in the name of the brand. For instance a branded water, energy drink and even branded burger. Well it sounds funny, but this is an unnoticed habit to represent ourselves in the front of other people. It is absolutely not bad choosing the branded item, but here you can read only why you should go brand not so often.

Product quality- Every time you buy a t-shirt or even a pair of socks it carries the label with not surely the similar product quality that you might have found last time. Rather, I would suggest choosing the pair of those clothes in which you can find the rich and fine fabric. For example, there is no point in buying a polyester vest from a high end fashion brand when we can get the same fabric in cheaper price as well in the stores of used mens clothes or even any in any other local brand. Investing money in quality like cotton, silk, linen or technology converted fabric which don't shrink, or creases is better option. 

Identity- Many people have mindset that wearing brands creates self identity. Who said that? Brands have their own identity in which how can you fit in your personality !! Well, for certain situations you can't go wrong over it as a nice fashion brand like Rebook and Puma are the best for reflecting your sports identity. But remember they are reflecting not  creating your identity. Just wearing a tracksuit and sporty shoes won't create you a sports person.

The celebrity style- The only reason of tempting towards any of the branded clothes just because we scrutinized out favorite celebrity wearing same. Without making any judgment here the verdict is that it is obvious for them to spend money on them as they can afford it. Rather than just buying what they wear, but same second hand or in the replica stores and adopt their style of dressing.

Rare and unique- Okay, we agree on this part that branded clothes are quite of a designer range, which are completely different from any of your local style. You went for shopping and liked a branded but very pricey floral shirt from the exclusive range. Well that was cool and you wore it in on any occasion, but now what after one or two times that becomes a common dress for everyone which you can't even wear so frequently. All you can do is preserve it as it has good shelf life due to its fine fabric !! Rather wise idea of spending money on branded clothes resides in buying something less fancy so that it can be worn often or you can purchase the same item from the websites offering brand second hand clothes online at cheap rates.
