  The igoldencnc 5 axis CNC router is with an extra heavy duty gantry and machine table for maximum rigidity and strength to provide high-speed machining in all 5 axis.

Due to the flexibility of the igoldencnc 5 axis cnc router  12centre it is commonly used for mould making, machining moulds in wood, resin tooling board, EPS and composites, trimming of vacuum formed mouldings, plastic fabrication, GRP machining, props and model making, profiling, solid surface machining and contouring, various large metalloid mould.

It adopts HQD air cooling spindle, no need water pump, it is very convenient to use.

with high-performance Japan YASKAWA servo motor, the machine can work in high precision, and it has a strong ability of overload.

The linear automatic tool changer system which contains 12 pieces cutting tools controlled by Taiwan LNC Control system.The tools can be changed very quickly and reliably.

Break point memory, continuing carving after power outage, forecasting processing time and other functions.

It is compatible with Type3 / Artcam and other CAD / CAM design software.

2?Vacuum Worktable with Aluminum T-slot Clamping

4 zone vacuum worktable with aluminum T-slot aluminum. Can use vacuum pump suck material can also use clamping kit fix material.

  Optional: Aluminum T slat worktable, only clamping material.

3?8 Tools Linear ATC

There is a 8 tool linear magazine at the back of the CNC router, enable fast change tool bits during CNC router work.

Optional: Carousel tool magazine, or put linear ATC at the side of machine.
