The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government launched the MindLab Behavioral Insights Unit within the Department of Finance after receiving technical assistance from B4D, which was launched in 2016 and originally included within the Executive Committee of Heritage as the FIFA World Cup 2022 Qatar legacy.
