Pipes made from ASTM A335 Grade P5/P5B/P5C Alloy Steel Seamless Pipes material are excellent for fusion welding, flanging, bending, and other applications. Its chemical composition is Carbon (max.) 0.15, Silicon (max.) 0.50, Molybdenum (max.) 0.45-0.65, Phosphorus (max.) 0.025, Manganese (max.) 0.30-0.60, Chromium 4.00-6.00, and its UNS Designation is K41545.

Designed under the sharp inspection of highly skilled professionals, these ASTM A335 P5 grade pipes are manufactured with raw materials that have undergone the most rigorous quality tests. Sophisticated technology, meeting international quality standards, is incorporated in the manufacture of these types of pipes.

Properties of ASTM A335 P5 include Yield Strength of 205MPa min and Tensile Strength 415MPa min. The subcritical annealing or tempering temperature range for normalize and temper is 1250 F (675 C). When the heat treatment is subcritical annealing (P5c only), the subcritical annealing or tempering temperature range is 1325 – 1375 F [715 – 745 C]. These pipes have treaded, beveled, or plain tubing ends. Raw materials of the highest quality are used to manufacture such pipes, adhering to strict industry standards. Due to their durability, these pipes are widely used in a variety of industries.
