A tale of two homes in Lake Tahoe

That wasn’t the end of the story – Family A’s house, naturally, slotted into the average house market. Family B’s slotted into the high-end designer market, simply because it was a unique, custom built house. The ultimate big difference in house prices is the moral of the story.

Lake Tahoe, as a matter of fact, is one of America’s all-time legendary places to live. The housing market in this area is in a respectable price bracket by any standards. This area is also the home of the new wave of custom building in America.
