Let’s say you have thousands of dollars in bank, and you’re planning on investing, or starting a business. Where do you go? What do you do? You have a lot of options, ranging from stock investing, to a brick and mortar business.

But to be honest with you, it’s not wise to go down the traditional business and investment route. Sure, we do need supermarkets, and restaurants, and even real estate investors. But it doesn’t have to be you.

TWO: You can work anywhere. Literally anywhere. All you need to work is a laptop, and an internet connection. Internet’s everywhere these days, whether it be at a café, or through a USB connection.

This is not an advantage that you will be afforded, when you start investing in real estate, or if you decide to open up a shop. You’re going to bind yourself to a specific location. You can’t travel, you can’t change spots. You will literally be chained to your own creations.

THREE: Quick Maintenance. When you invest in real estate, you’re going to need to fix up rental property every now and then, in addition to collecting rents. If you run a brick and mortar business, you’re going to need to clean up the space, be present for clients, and manage employees, if you’ve hired any.

You can do the opposite if you run an online business. Maintenance is simply a matter of cleaning up your website, and making sure it runs well in accordance to the latest WordPress updates.

FOUR:  Easy to expand. You don’t need to invest 00s for space expansions, or product expansions. If you run an ecommerce WordPress website, your product is usually words. You can write about anything, whenever you want to.

FIVE: Make friends while you work. You can make friends, and create a loyal fan base in the process too. You get to know more people in your business category, and market yourself to others easier too. The possibilities are endless.
