What Are Common Faults of CNC Router

1. One or three-axis does not move around or walking is not normal

1: Control are loose or defective.
2: Corresponding to the drive shaft of defects.
3: The corresponding axis stepper motor defects.
4: The corresponding couplings break out or loose.
5: The corresponding screw nut screw cracking or rendered defective.
6: Relative to the axis of the slider presents defects.
7: Drive subdivision,current, and software set divergent samples.

2. Polish shades divergent

1: Control are loose or defective
2: Step defects close to the motor
3: Drive defects or current segmentation and software settings divergent   caused
4; Z -axis motor line defect
5: Spindle motor defects
6: The inverter interference or data set incorrectly
7: Static interference
8: Computer virus or system questions

3. Carve

1: The control card defects
2: Inverter interference
3: File wrong way
4: Static interference
5: The software provided with the questions
6: Drive defects or current breakdown is set incorrectly
7: Data line defect
8: The computer has a virus or system questions

4. Spindle stop

1: Spindle internal short
2: Current Shield
3: Inverter parameter settings are incorrect,or their own shortcomings
4: Control Card defects
5: The main axis or data line short-circuit


5. The machine can not be normal Homing

1: In the opposite direction
2: Control card defects or loose
3: Limit switch or data line defect
4: Drive defects
5: Step defects close to the motor
